महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-94, verse-44

साब्रवीद्दाशकन्यास्मि धर्मार्थं वाहये तरीम् ।
पितुर्नियोगाद्भद्रं ते दाशराज्ञो महात्मनः ॥४४॥
44. sābravīddāśakanyāsmi dharmārthaṁ vāhaye tarīm ,
piturniyogādbhadraṁ te dāśarājño mahātmanaḥ.
44. sā abrāvīt dāśakanyā asmi dharmārtham vāhaye tarīm
pituḥ niyogāt bhadram te dāśarājñaḥ mahātmanaḥ
44. She replied, "I am the daughter of a fisherman. For the sake of dharma, I operate the ferry boat. By the command of my father, the great king of the fishermen, may good fortune be with you!"
