महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-94, verse-67

ततो देवव्रतो वृद्धैः क्षत्रियैः सहितस्तदा ।
अभिगम्य दाशराजानं कन्यां वव्रे पितुः स्वयम् ॥६७॥
67. tato devavrato vṛddhaiḥ kṣatriyaiḥ sahitastadā ,
abhigamya dāśarājānaṁ kanyāṁ vavre pituḥ svayam.

67. Then Devavrata, accompanied by the aged kṣatriyas, approached Daśarāja (the king of the fishermen) and himself sought the maiden for his father.
