महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-94, verse-4

कम्बुग्रीवः पृथुव्यंसो मत्तवारणविक्रमः ।
धर्म एव परः कामादर्थाच्चेति व्यवस्थितः ॥४॥
4. kambugrīvaḥ pṛthuvyaṁso mattavāraṇavikramaḥ ,
dharma eva paraḥ kāmādarthācceti vyavasthitaḥ.

dharma eva paraḥ kāmāt arthāt ca iti vyavasthitaḥ
4. He possessed a neck like a conch shell, broad shoulders, and the might of an intoxicated elephant. He was firmly established in the conviction that dharma is superior to both desire (kāma) and material prosperity (artha).
