बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-47, verse-69

दशादौ धनधान्यं च विद्यालाभं महत्सुखम् ।
पुत्रकल्याणसम्पत्तिः सन्मार्गे धनलाभकृत् ॥६९॥
69. daśādau dhanadhānyaṃ ca vidyālābhaṃ mahatsukham .
putrakalyāṇasampattiḥ sanmārge dhanalābhakṛt.

69. At the beginning of a planetary period (daśā), there is wealth and grains, acquisition of knowledge, and great happiness. There is also the welfare and prosperity of children, and the acquisition of wealth through virtuous means (sanmārga).
