बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-47, verse-23

नीचे वा क्षीणचन्द्रे वा धनहानिर्भविष्यति ।
दुश्चिक्ये बलसंयुक्ते क्वचित्सौख्यं क्वचिद्धनम् ॥२३॥
23. nīce vā kṣīṇacandre vā dhanahānirbhaviṣyati .
duścikye balasaṃyukte kvacitsaukhyaṃ kvaciddhanam.

23. When the Moon is debilitated or waning, there will be a loss of wealth. If the Moon is strong and located in the third house, there will be occasional happiness and occasional wealth.
