मित्र्प्रभुवशादिष्टं वाहनं पुत्रसम्भवः ।
नवीनगृहनिर्माणं धर्मचिन्ता महोत्सवः ॥३७॥

37. By the influence of a friendly ruler, there will be desired vehicles, the birth of sons, construction of new homes, contemplation on natural law (dharma), and great festivals.
