राजद्वेषो मनोदुःखं धनधान्यादिनाशनम् ॥२५॥

25. When the Moon is weak and conjoined with malefic planets in the sixth, eighth, or twelfth houses, there will be animosity from rulers, mental distress, and the destruction of wealth, grains, and other possessions.
