बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-47, verse-3

ग्रहवीर्यानुसारेण फलं ज्ञेयं दशासु च ।
आद्यद्रेष्काणगे खेटे दशारम्भे फलं वदेत् ॥३॥
3. grahavīryānusāreṇa phalaṃ jñeyaṃ daśāsu ca .
ādyadreṣkāṇage kheṭe daśārambhe phalaṃ vadet.

3. The results of the daśās should be understood according to the strength of the planets. If a planet is situated in the first drekkāṇa, its results should be declared at the beginning of its daśā.
