तमागम्य महाप्राज्ञः कृष्णद्वैपायनोऽब्रवीत् ।
मुच्यतां संजयो जीवन्न हन्तव्यः कथंचन ॥३७॥

37. Having approached him, the greatly wise Krishna Dvaipayana spoke: 'Let Sanjaya be released alive. He is not to be killed by any means.'
