महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-28, verse-35

धृष्टद्युम्नस्तु मां दृष्ट्वा हसन्सात्यकिमब्रवीत् ।
किमनेन गृहीतेन नानेनार्थोऽस्ति जीवता ॥३५॥
35. dhṛṣṭadyumnastu māṁ dṛṣṭvā hasansātyakimabravīt ,
kimanena gṛhītena nānenārtho'sti jīvatā.
35. dhṛṣṭadyumnaḥ tu mām dṛṣṭvā hasan sātyakim abravīt
kim anena gṛhītena na anena arthaḥ asti jīvatā
35. tu dhṛṣṭadyumnaḥ mām dṛṣṭvā hasan sātyakim abravīt - anena gṛhītena kim ? anena jīvatā arthaḥ na asti .
35. But Dhṛṣṭadyumna, having seen me and laughing, said to Sātyaki: "What is the point of capturing this one? There is no purpose in him being alive."
