महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-93, verse-71

सहस्रशक्तिश्च शतं शतशक्तिर्दशापि च ।

71. One with a thousand units of capacity (śakti) gives a hundred, and one with a hundred units of capacity gives ten. But whoever gives even water according to their ability (śakti) – all such individuals are considered to achieve equal results.
