महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-93, verse-19

इति ब्रुवन्तीं तां साध्वीं धर्मात्मा स द्विजर्षभः ।
क्षुधापरिगतां ज्ञात्वा सक्तूंस्तान्नाभ्यनन्दत ॥१९॥
19. iti bruvantīṁ tāṁ sādhvīṁ dharmātmā sa dvijarṣabhaḥ ,
kṣudhāparigatāṁ jñātvā saktūṁstānnābhyanandata.

19. Knowing that virtuous woman was speaking thus, and was herself overcome by hunger, that righteous-souled, excellent brahmin (dvija) did not accept those roasted grain flours.
