प्राणधारणमात्रेण शक्यं कर्तुं तपस्त्वया ।
प्राणो हि परमो धर्मः स्थितो देहेषु देहिनाम् ॥३३॥

33. You can perform penance (tapas) merely by sustaining life. Indeed, life-breath (prāṇa) is the supreme natural law (dharma) inherent in the bodies of all living beings.
