महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-93, verse-31

भवान्हि परिपाल्यो मे सर्वयत्नैर्द्विजोत्तम ।
साधूनां काङ्क्षितं ह्येतत्पितुर्वृद्धस्य पोषणम् ॥३१॥
31. bhavānhi paripālyo me sarvayatnairdvijottama ,
sādhūnāṁ kāṅkṣitaṁ hyetatpiturvṛddhasya poṣaṇam.

sādhūnām kāṅkṣitam hi etat pituḥ vṛddhasya poṣaṇam

31. Indeed, you, my father, are to be nourished by me with all efforts, O best among brahmins (dvijottama). For this support of an aged father is indeed what virtuous people desire.
