योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-81, verse-57

जगन्न किंचित्क्रियते सर्वदैव न केनचित् ।
विलीयते च नो किंचिन्मानुष्याद्दृश्यखण्डनम् ॥ ५७ ॥
jaganna kiṃcitkriyate sarvadaiva na kenacit ,
vilīyate ca no kiṃcinmānuṣyāddṛśyakhaṇḍanam 57
57. jagat na kiṃcit kriyate sarvadā eva na kenacit
vilīyate ca na u kiṃcit mānuṣyāt dṛśyakhaṇḍanam

57. The world is never created by anyone at any time. Nor is anything dissolved; there is no fragmentation of the perceptible by human agency.
