योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-81, verse-102

द्रुमो भूमौ स्वबीजत्वमिवोदेत्यनुदेत्यपि ।
परं तत्त्वं जगद्भक्त्या जगत्तां स्वोदयेन च ॥ १०२ ॥

102. Just as a tree on the ground, in its seed-state, simultaneously emerges and remains unmanifest, so too the supreme reality (param tattva) becomes the world (jagat) and worldliness (jagattā) through its own manifestation and its inherent parts/aspects (bhaktyā).
