योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-81, verse-51

जगन्ति परितिष्ठन्ति परमाणौ चिदात्मनि ।
प्रतिभासाः प्रवर्तन्ते तत एव हि जागताः ॥ ५१ ॥

51. The worlds are established within the atomic, conscious self (ātman). Indeed, all worldly appearances manifest from that very (conscious self).
