वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-3, chapter-10, verse-43

पश्यन् वनानि चित्राणि पर्वपांश्चाभ्रसंनिभान् ।
सरांसि सरितश्चैव पथि मार्गवशानुगाः ॥४३॥
43. paśyan vanāni citrāṇi parvapāṃścābhrasaṃnibhān ,
sarāṃsi saritaścaiva pathi mārgavaśānugāḥ.
43. paśyan vanāni citrāṇi parvatān ca abhra-saṃnibhān
| sarāṃsi saritaḥ ca eva pathi mārga-vaśa-anugāḥ
43. paśyan citrāṇi vanāni,
abhra-saṃnibhān parvatān ca,
pathi mārga-vaśa-anugāḥ sarāṃsi ca eva saritaḥ.
43. As he proceeded, he saw diverse forests, mountains resembling clouds, and lakes and rivers along the path, which flowed according to the course of the route.
