abhūt mahākrodhaḥ tatra utpannaḥ arka-sannibhaḥ

9.
When those sages (Sanandana and others) remained thus detached from the creation of worlds, great anger arose in Brahmā, the great-souled one. Thereupon, one resembling the sun (arka-sannibhaḥ) was born from that [anger].
