न ते लोकेषु सज्जन्तो निरपेक्षाः समाहिताः ।
सर्वे तेऽनागतज्ञाना वीतरागा विमत्सराः ॥८॥

They were not attached to worldly affairs, being detached and deeply absorbed (samāhitāḥ). All of them possessed knowledge of the future, were free from all passions, and were devoid of envy.
