महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-114, verse-83

स भुजंगैरिवायस्तैर्गाण्डीवप्रेषितैः शरैः ।
भीमसेनादपासेधत्सूतपुत्रं धनंजयः ॥८३॥
83. sa bhujaṁgairivāyastairgāṇḍīvapreṣitaiḥ śaraiḥ ,
bhīmasenādapāsedhatsūtaputraṁ dhanaṁjayaḥ.

83. With arrows sent from the Gāṇḍīva bow, which were like writhing serpents, Dhanañjaya (Arjuna) warded off the son of Sūta (Karna) from Bhīmasena.
