महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-61, verse-64

पुण्यामृद्धरसां भूमिं यो ददाति पुरंदर ।
न तस्य लोकाः क्षीयन्ते भूमिदानगुणार्जिताः ॥६४॥
64. puṇyāmṛddharasāṁ bhūmiṁ yo dadāti puraṁdara ,
na tasya lokāḥ kṣīyante bhūmidānaguṇārjitāḥ.
64. puṇyām ṛddharasām bhūmim yaḥ dadāti purandara
na tasya lokāḥ kṣīyante bhūmidānaguṇārjitāḥ
64. purandara yaḥ puṇyām ṛddharasām bhūmim dadāti
tasya bhūmidānaguṇārjitāḥ lokāḥ na kṣīyante
64. O Purandara (Indra), for the one who donates fertile land, rich in blessings and resources, the realms (lokāḥ) he has attained through the merit of land donation do not perish.
