महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-61, verse-10

अपि पापसमाचारं ब्रह्मघ्नमपि वानृतम् ।
सैव पापं पावयति सैव पापात्प्रमोचयेत् ॥१०॥
10. api pāpasamācāraṁ brahmaghnamapi vānṛtam ,
saiva pāpaṁ pāvayati saiva pāpātpramocayet.

sā eva pāpam pāvayaty sā eva pāpāt pramocayet
10. Even one of sinful conduct, even a slayer of a brahmin, or a liar—the Earth itself purifies such sin and liberates one from it.
