महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-61, verse-15

यस्य विप्रानुशासन्ति साधोर्भूमिं सदैव हि ।
न तस्य शत्रवो राजन्प्रशासन्ति वसुंधराम् ॥१५॥
15. yasya viprānuśāsanti sādhorbhūmiṁ sadaiva hi ,
na tasya śatravo rājanpraśāsanti vasuṁdharām.
15. yasya viprāḥ anuśāsanti sādhoḥ bhūmim sadā eva hi
na tasya śatravaḥ rājan praśāsanti vasundharām
15. rājan yasya sādhoḥ bhūmim hi viprāḥ sadā eva
anuśāsanti tasya śatravaḥ vasundharām na praśāsanti
15. O King, the enemies of that person, for whom Brahmins always administer the land of the righteous, do not rule the entire earth.
