महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-61, verse-39

सदा भवन्ति चोद्विग्नास्तस्य दुश्चरितैर्नराः ।
योगक्षेमा हि बहवो राष्ट्रं नास्याविशन्ति तत् ॥३९॥
39. sadā bhavanti codvignāstasya duścaritairnarāḥ ,
yogakṣemā hi bahavo rāṣṭraṁ nāsyāviśanti tat.
39. sadā bhavanti ca udvignāḥ tasya duścaritaiḥ narāḥ
yogakṣemāḥ hi bahavaḥ rāṣṭram na asya āviśanti tat
39. ca narāḥ sadā tasya duścaritaiḥ udvignāḥ bhavanti
hi bahavaḥ yogakṣemāḥ asya tat rāṣṭram na āviśanti
39. And the people are always agitated by his misdeeds. Indeed, many forms of acquisition and preservation (yogakṣema) do not enter that kingdom of his.
