महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-61, verse-79

निधिगर्भां ददद्भूमिं सर्वरत्नपरिच्छदाम् ।
अक्षयाँल्लभते लोकान्भूमिसत्रं हि तस्य तत् ॥७९॥
79. nidhigarbhāṁ dadadbhūmiṁ sarvaratnaparicchadām ,
akṣayāँllabhate lokānbhūmisatraṁ hi tasya tat.

akṣayān labhate lokān bhūmisatram hi tasya tat
79. yaḥ nidhigarbhām sarvaratnaparicchadām bhūmim dadat

79. One who gives land, which contains hidden treasures and is adorned with all kinds of jewels, obtains imperishable worlds; truly, that is his land-giving (bhūmisatra).
