महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-61, verse-71

दाता दशानुगृह्णाति दश हन्ति तथा क्षिपन् ।
पूर्वदत्तां हरन्भूमिं नरकायोपगच्छति ॥७१॥
71. dātā daśānugṛhṇāti daśa hanti tathā kṣipan ,
pūrvadattāṁ haranbhūmiṁ narakāyopagacchati.

pūrvadattām haran bhūmim narākāya upagacchati
71. dātā daśa anugṛhṇāti kṣipan tathā daśa hanti
pūrvadattām bhūmim haran narākāya upagacchati
71. The giver (of land) benefits ten generations, and one who condemns (such a donation) similarly harms ten generations. He who reclaims land previously donated goes to hell (naraka).
