महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-61, verse-49

इष्ट्वा क्रतुशतेनाथ महता दक्षिणावता ।
मघवा वाग्विदां श्रेष्ठं पप्रच्छेदं बृहस्पतिम् ॥४९॥
49. iṣṭvā kratuśatenātha mahatā dakṣiṇāvatā ,
maghavā vāgvidāṁ śreṣṭhaṁ papracchedaṁ bṛhaspatim.
49. iṣṭvā kratuśatena atha mahatā dakṣiṇāvatā maghavā
vāgvidām śreṣṭham papraccha idam bṛhaspatim
49. Then, Maghavan (Indra), having performed a hundred great Vedic rituals (yajña) accompanied by ample ritual fees, asked this of Bṛhaspati, who was the foremost among those skilled in speech.
