यः साधोर्भूमिमादत्ते न भूमिं विन्दते तु सः ।
भूमिं तु दत्त्वा साधुभ्यो विन्दते भूमिमेव हि ।
प्रेत्येह च स धर्मात्मा संप्राप्नोति महद्यशः ॥१४॥

14. yaḥ sādhorbhūmimādatte na bhūmiṁ vindate tu saḥ ,
bhūmiṁ tu dattvā sādhubhyo vindate bhūmimeva hi ,
pretyeha ca sa dharmātmā saṁprāpnoti mahadyaśaḥ.

14.
He who seizes the land of a righteous person will not obtain land. But he who gives land to righteous persons surely obtains land. Such a person, whose inner nature is aligned with natural law (dharma), attains great fame both in this world and in the next.
