महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-61, verse-22

भर्तुर्निःश्रेयसे युक्तास्त्यक्तात्मानो रणे हताः ।
ब्रह्मलोकगताः सिद्धा नातिक्रामन्ति भूमिदम् ॥२२॥
22. bharturniḥśreyase yuktāstyaktātmāno raṇe hatāḥ ,
brahmalokagatāḥ siddhā nātikrāmanti bhūmidam.

brahmalokagatāḥ siddhāḥ na atikrāmanti bhūmidam

22. Those who, dedicated to their master's ultimate welfare, gave up their lives and were slain in battle, becoming perfected beings who reached the world of Brahmā, still do not surpass the giver of land.
