योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-81, verse-44

पुर्यष्टकपराख्यस्य जीवस्य प्राणनामिकाम् ।
विद्धि कुण्डलिनीमन्तरामोदस्येव मञ्जरीम् ॥ ४४ ॥
