When the Prāṇapada (a specific astrological point) is in the twelfth house (vyaya-sthāna), the native is born mean and wicked, possesses deficient limbs, and is hostile towards Brahmins (dvija) and relatives. Such a person also suffers from eye disease or is one-eyed.
