बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-25, verse-40

कृपणोऽतिकलाभिज्ञश्चौर्यकर्मरतः सदा ।
सहजे धनुषि प्राप्ते हीनाङ्गो गतसौहृदः ॥४०॥
40. kṛpaṇo'tikalābhijñaścauryakarmarataḥ sadā .
sahaje dhanuṣi prāpte hīnāṅgo gatasauhṛdaḥ.

sahaje dhanuṣi prāpte hīnāṅgaḥ gatasauhṛdaḥ
40. When Sagittarius (dhanuṣa) is situated in the third house (sahaja-bhāva), the person is miserly, very knowledgeable in various arts, and always engaged in acts of theft. He has defective limbs and is deprived of friends.
