बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-25, verse-50

कुशलः सर्वविद्यासु सुखी वाङ्निपुनः प्रियः ।
तनौ शिखिनि सञ्जातः सर्वकामान्वितो भवेत् ॥५०॥
50. kuśalaḥ sarvavidyāsu sukhī vāṅnipunaḥ priyaḥ .

50. When Ketu (śikhin) is situated in the Ascendant (tanu-bhāva), a person becomes skilled in all branches of knowledge, happy, eloquent, beloved, and endowed with all desires.
