बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-25, verse-27

ईश्वरो रूपवान् भोगी सुखी धर्मपरायणः ।
धनस्थे परिधौ जातः प्रभुर्भवति मानवः ॥२७॥
