बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-25, verse-35

कलाभिज्ञस्तथा भोगी दृढकायो ह्यमत्सरः ।
परिधौ दशमे प्राप्ते सर्वशास्त्रार्थपारगः ॥३५॥
35. kalābhijñastathā bhogī dṛḍhakāyo hyamatsaraḥ .

35. When Paridhi is situated in the 10th house, a person is skilled in various arts, an enjoyer, possesses a strong body, is free from envy, and indeed, proficient in the meanings of all scriptures.
