महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-290, verse-9

देवर्षिविषयाञ्ज्ञात्वा योगानामपि चेश्वरान् ।
विषयांश्च प्रजेशानां ब्रह्मणो विषयांस्तथा ॥९॥
9. devarṣiviṣayāñjñātvā yogānāmapi ceśvarān ,
viṣayāṁśca prajeśānāṁ brahmaṇo viṣayāṁstathā.
