महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-221, verse-7

सहस्रनयनश्चापि वज्री शम्बरपाकहा ।
तस्या देवर्षिजुष्टायास्तीरमभ्याजगाम ह ॥७॥
7. sahasranayanaścāpi vajrī śambarapākahā ,
tasyā devarṣijuṣṭāyāstīramabhyājagāma ha.

tasyāḥ devarṣijuṣṭāyāḥ tīram abhyājagāma ha
7. saḥ sahasranayanaḥ vajrī śambarapākaha ca api

7. And the thousand-eyed one (Indra), the thunderbolt-wielder, the slayer of Śambara and Pāka, indeed approached the bank of that river, which was frequented by divine sages.
