भीष्म उवाच ।

भविष्यतश्च भद्रं ते तथैव नभविष्यतः ॥२॥

Bhīṣma said: "Indeed, a person's (manusya) own mind (manas) reveals the prior signs (pūrvarūpa) of one who is destined to prosper, and similarly of one who is not. May there be good fortune to you."
