राज्ञां विजयमानानां सेनाग्रेषु ध्वजेषु च ।
निवासे धर्मशीलानां विषयेषु पुरेषु च ॥२३॥
23. rājñāṁ vijayamānānāṁ senāgreṣu dhvajeṣu ca ,
nivāse dharmaśīlānāṁ viṣayeṣu pureṣu ca.
