जायन्ते मानवाः कुष्ठ-क्षयरोगादिचिह्नताः ॥९२॥

jāyante mānavāḥ kuṣṭha-kṣayarogādicihnatāḥ.

They remain for many thousands of years. Then, they are reborn as human beings (mānavāḥ) afflicted with signs of leprosy, tuberculosis, and other diseases.
