मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-14, verse-24

यथा बीजं हि भूपाल पयांसि समवेक्षते ।
पुण्यापुण्ये तथा कालदेशान्यकर्मकारकम् ॥२४॥
24. yathā bījaṃ hi bhūpāla payāṃsi samavekṣate .
