मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-14, verse-83

पतितप्रतिग्रहादानाद्यजनान्नित्यसेवनात् ।
पाषाणमध्यकीटत्वं नरः सततमश्नुते ॥८३॥
83. patitapratigrahādānādyajanānnityasevanāt .
pāṣāṇamadhyakīṭatvaṃ naraḥ satatamaśnute.

83. A person who accepts gifts from outcasts, officiates sacrifices for them, or constantly serves them, perpetually attains the state of being an insect trapped inside a stone.
