मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-12, verse-75

तामिस्रादिषु चोग्रेषु नरकेषु विवर्तनम ।
असिपत्रवनादीनि बन्धनछेदनानि च ॥७५॥
75. tāmisrādiṣu cogreṣu narakeṣu vivartanam ,
asipatravanādīni bandhanachedanāni ca.

75. And undergoing suffering in dreadful hells (naraka) like Tāmisra and others, along with (torments such as) sword-leaf forests and similar experiences of bondage and mutilation.
