मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-12, verse-32

आरम्भरुचिताऽधैर्यमसत्कार्यपरिग्रहः ।
विषयोपसेवा चाजस्रं राजसं गुणलक्षणम ॥३२॥
