तथा तथा कुशलता तेषां तेषूपजायते ॥७३॥

tathā tathā kuśalatā teṣāṁ teṣūpajāyate.

To the extent that persons whose nature is attached to sense objects (viṣayātmakāḥ) indulge in those sense objects (viṣayān), to that same extent skill or aptitude arises in them regarding those very objects.
