And Droṇa's son, Kṛtavarmā, and similarly other great charioteers – hundreds of the best warriors (kṣatriyarṣabhāḥ) – were defeated by a single bow (wielded by Satyak), who was desiring both the other world (paraloka) and the favor of the king of natural law (dharma).
