महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-122, verse-37

संजय उवाच ।
हन्त ते वर्णयिष्यामि यथावृत्तं महारणे ।
शुश्रूषस्व स्थिरो भूत्वा दुराचरितमात्मनः ॥३७॥
37. saṁjaya uvāca ,
hanta te varṇayiṣyāmi yathāvṛttaṁ mahāraṇe ,
śuśrūṣasva sthiro bhūtvā durācaritamātmanaḥ.
37. Sañjayaḥ uvāca hanta te varṇayiṣyāmi yathāvṛttam
mahāraṇe śuśrūṣasva sthiraḥ bhūtvā durācaritam ātmanaḥ
37. Sañjayaḥ uvāca Hanta,
te mahāraṇe yathāvṛttam varṇayiṣyāmi Sthiraḥ bhūtvā ātmanaḥ durācaritam śuśrūṣasva
37. Sañjaya said: "Well then, I will describe to you exactly what happened in the great battle. Listen attentively, becoming firm (in your resolve), to this ill-deed (committed) by your own self (ātman)."
