संरक्षितो भीमसेनेन राजा माद्रीसुताभ्यामथ माधवेन ।
मद्राधिपं पत्रिभिरुग्रवेगैः स्तनान्तरे धर्मसुतो निजघ्ने ॥९॥
9. saṁrakṣito bhīmasenena rājā; mādrīsutābhyāmatha mādhavena ,
madrādhipaṁ patribhirugravegaiḥ; stanāntare dharmasuto nijaghne.

9. The king (Yudhiṣṭhira), protected by Bhīmasena, by the two sons of Mādrī, and by Kṛṣṇa (Mādhava), then the son of Dharma (dharma-suta) struck the king of the Madras in the chest with fiercely-flying feathered arrows.
