दीप्तामथैनां महता बलेन सविस्फुलिङ्गां सहसा पतन्तीम् ।
प्रैक्षन्त सर्वे कुरवः समेता यथा युगान्ते महतीमिवोल्काम् ॥४१॥

41. dīptāmathaināṁ mahatā balena; savisphuliṅgāṁ sahasā patantīm ,
praikṣanta sarve kuravaḥ sametā; yathā yugānte mahatīmivolkām.

41. Then, all the assembled Kurus beheld it – blazing, falling swiftly with great force, and emitting sparks – just like a mighty meteor at the end of an eon (yuga).
